  DO NOT USE!!! They charge $78 to evaluate the issue. If your appliance works and then stops but is the same issue.... their service is only good for 30 days... that's right .... you have to pay another $78 for them to re evaluate THE SAME THING !!!! Scam!! UPDATE: So we found out that this company in NOT Samsung certified, the part they replaced is an old model number and there is a new version that has been updated because of recurring issues and one of the things they ordered to be fixed when they came out wasn't even for our model dishwasher!! This company does NOT know what they are doing. My advice is to call the manufacturer of your appliance and find out who is CERTIFIED to work on them~!!
