First they took about 4 hours to groom a 20lb dog and then I noticed that she had 2 cuts in her ear and reddness in her female area. I took her to the vet and they said there is multiple cuts in each ear plus an infection in the girl area. She has major inflamation in the ears from the cuts and had to get 2 shots and be placed on anti-biotic. I will never go back there again.
