It needed numerous facets repaired, and many stones replaced. I picked it up today (sooner than promised), and it now looks as beautiful as the day I purchased it, over 20 years ago ... plus the final cost was less than the original estimate! Wonderful service, wonderful people. They'll have my future repair business, and purchases!
