The Lumber Liquidators team worked with me to have the specific piece I needed trucked in from Kansas City and even helped me cut it in half in order to stick it in the back of my van. The guys working that day (whose names I unfortunately don't remember) were extremely helpful and made a potentially stressful situation very easy.
