  I have mixed feelings about them. I liked that they didn't have pushy salesman and the prices are great. However, the salesman failed to tell me everything I needed to know about my purchase. I gave money to hold the items. He said the hold is good for 2 weeks and we can pick up the furniture at anytime within those 2 weeks. So exactly 1 week later I go in to finish paying and pick up the items. I see the salesman that helped me and I said I was there to finish paying and pick up the items. He asked if I had the receipt and he said just go up to the counter and they can get you taken care of. At that moment why didn't he at least tell me they didn't have Sunday pick up available. I was told by customer service that they didn't have my furniture because they have to order it and they don't do pickups on Sunday...REALLY?? They also told me that they don't hold furniture it was just a price hold. Why was I never told this? It really inconvenienced myself and the person helping me. I have been without furniture for a week now because of their poor communication. Even when I was talking with the salesman he told me about the protection warranty and I told him I did not want it. He came back to me with the receipt and said he put it on there anyways and I could always change it later. I honesty think they are just out for commission and really don't want to do their job. I would not recommend this company and I will not be returning.
